What happens if I need emergency service?
Platinum and Gold members have their emergency service fees completely waived. Silver members receive priority scheduling but may still incur emergency fees.
How does the 10% discount apply?
The discount applies to all GenServ Pro services, including repairs, installations, and additional maintenance not covered by your plan.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time to unlock more benefits. All plans require a 12-month commitment, but if you sell your home, your plan can be transferred to the new homeowner.
By enrolling in a GenServ Pro Service Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Service plans are available to residential properties within GenServ Pro’s service area and are non-transferable except in the case of homeownership changes. Each plan includes specific services as outlined, such as free water heater flushes, HVAC maintenance, and inspections, which must be scheduled by the member. GenServ Pro will send reminders, but it is the member’s responsibility to book these services. Priority scheduling applies to all active members, with Platinum and Gold members receiving top priority. Emergency service fees are waived for Platinum and Gold members, while Silver members may still incur an emergency fee. Membership fees are billed monthly via auto-withdrawal, and members must maintain a valid payment method on file. All plans require a 12-month commitment; early cancellation may result in a termination fee equal to the remaining monthly payments. If a member sells their home, the membership can be transferred to the new homeowner at no additional cost. Service plans do not cover repairs or replacements for damaged, worn-out, or malfunctioning systems, nor do they include services required due to improper installations, negligence, or acts of nature. GenServ Pro guarantees all services performed under the membership plan for 30 days from the date of service and is not liable for unforeseen system failures, property damage, or losses resulting from delayed maintenance requests or emergencies beyond our control. Member information is securely collected and used only for managing memberships, scheduling services, and customer communication; GenServ Pro will never share or sell your personal data. GenServ Pro reserves the right to update plan pricing, benefits, or terms with 30 days’ written notice, and existing members will continue to receive their contracted benefits until the end of their current term.
